We would like to introduce our redesigned geriatric bed, model 4000.600 Three-part adjustable bed. Unlike its predecessor, the new model has a considerably better built lower and upper frame. The mattress platform has also been changed. Alongside the visual and aesthetic changes, the focus was on quality: instead of the previous mesh platform, the bed now has a platform made of profiled powder-coated sheet metal, which in its modular arrangement gives the mattress excellent support and ventilation, as well as a longer service life.

The head, foot and side rails are now made entirely of wood with no visible metal parts, and the side rails are height-adjustable. Adjustment of the mattress platform, Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positions is done by a manual gas cylinder system. The bed runs on four Ø150 mm castors instead of the previous Ø100 mm, with movement locked by the side pedals of the central brake.

With these changes we set out to bring a more practical, higher quality and aesthetically better model at an affordable price.
